When you lease a property from us you get not only the Rambilasises but also ongoing assistance in maintaining and managing the property. We have a portfolio of properties that are let out and actively managed and maintained. We have a dedicated staff and the necessary resources to ensure that all occupants of our properties do not worry about maintenance issues. In addition any issues with government departments (ex. Hariyana State Electricity Board, MNTL, Municipal Corporation, Property tax department etc.) or other occupants are managed by us. Since we continue to own the properties that we let out it is in our long-term interest is to ensure that all exteriors and common areas are treated and maintained at the highest standards. |
